Mammoth Hospital Grief Support
We all, at one time or another in our lives, experience some degree of grief. Mammoth Hospital provides a Grief Support Group. This group meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month in the third floor conference room of the Mammoth S.P.O.R.T. Cancer Outreach Support Support Group
The participants of the cancer support group are an informal group, all facing cancer, who join together to provide mutual assistance in an understanding and confidential setting. Our cancer support group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month at 12:30 p.m. here at one of the hospital conference rooms. Widows Helping Widows
The bereavement support group meets Mondays from 4-5:30 p.m. in the Eastern Sierra Friendship Center, 281-D East South Street in Bishop. Call Dolores at (760) 387-2352 or Susie at (760) 872-3871 for additional information.
Parkinson's Disease
The Eastern Sierra Friendship Center hosts a monthly support group every second Thursday at 1 p.m. for those dealing with Parkinson's or caring for someone afflicted with the disease. No charge. The CARE Center, 205 North Fowler Street in Bishop. Call Susie Decker at (760) 872-3871.
Parents of Autism Support Group
Parents of Autism Support Group meets the last Wednesday of every month in the hospital administration conference room from 6:00-8:00pm.
